Nothing all excellent.

The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome right from the start. the room itself exceeded all my expectations, especially the bed which was unbelievably comfortable. I had the best night's sleep in a long time. the restaurant/bar area was beautifully presented, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't get enough of their delicious dishes. Another great aspect was the location. Even though it was in the heart of the city, my room was still peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility.

There were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. the price was a bit on the higher side, which made me hesitate at first.

The staff were accommodating, amicable. The buffet breakfast was generous and incredible, lots of options.

Everything was perfect and rooms were new-fashioned and spotless. Top-class and attentive staff who were always there to help. Stunning and fantastic location close to a white travertine monument. The food was great and amazing, liked it.

Convenient location near Dam Square, within walking distance from the central train station and 15 minutes from the airport by train. Polite and well-trained staff. Clean facilities, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful touches such as complementary champagne and personalized birthday decorations. Good recommendations provided by the Front Desk staff for local eats and bars with live jazz bands. Tram stop and major shopping centers nearby.

The hotel was luxurious, I loved the exceptional staff and satisfactory breakfasts.

The hotel was small, as you can expect from Amsterdam. Exceptionally comfortable bed, best bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, an iron and ironing board in the room. The food in the restaurant was good and the restaurant was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was equipped with everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the hot towels provided upon arrival, and the Nespresso coffee. I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the place, had a such great stay on a business trip. We had a few complimentary drinks in the nice hotel’ s bar.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from the red light district as well as the major attractions. Late check-out.

The room was incredible, with an amazing bathtub and all the amenities needed for a trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to the train station and in the center of the city.

They resolved my tech issues first time, so I return. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, café, fitness center, and express check-in. Flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning are great. I always come back for another trip.

The venue is quiet, clean and the location is beautiful so close to the centre and The Bijenkorf and restaurants all kinds all time within the area. The staff is welcoming, our check-in was quick.

Recommend the place, I didn't feel like leaving. Staff was informative, overall experience was excellent. They offered plenty of options for buffet breakfast. Enjoyed that it was near Dam bus station;)))

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre, with easy access to transportation and many landmarks in the Old Town area, making getting around a breeze.Your room will be clean and spacious, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the breakfast has an impressive selection to start your day off right.

It can be quite a walk from the front entrance to your room, which could be problematic for those with heavy luggage.

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with an array of freshly baked bread, fruits, yogurts, and granola that made waking up feel like Christmas morning. I felt like a kid in a candy store, trying a bit of everything and savoring each bite. The constant temptation to go back for seconds was real.

I absolutely loved this place. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, and there was so much activity around here. The service was excellent, from the room service to the tours and tickets assistance- they really took care of everything I needed. The room itself was amazing, with soundproofed walls and a mini-bar stocked with everything I could think of. The staff gave top of the line service, and the restaurant was a real highlight. I ate here several nights and was never disappointed- the special diet menus were great, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Ate pasta, pizza, bread, enjoyed breakfast, worked out in the fancy gym.

Plastic cups in the pool? Who needs a pleasant cool swim in hot summer days anyway? Not me!

The location was perfect, just across the street from the lively De Beurs van Berlage and the elegant De Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club. We visited during April and enjoyed the vibrant Queen's Day celebrations, with its massive flea market, lively parties, and fantastic outdoor concerts, all just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

My wife says that more children's entertainment options would be a great addition for families visiting with young kids.

The rooms at Swissôtel Amsterdam are just fantastic. My suite had an incredible view of Dam Square and the separate lounge area was so comfortable and inviting. The spacious bathroom with Swiss stones made me feel like royalty!

Personally, I found the air-conditioning to be a bit too chilly at times.
